Illustrative projections, not quotations

All figures on this site — costs, savings, timelines, slippage targets and comparisons — are illustrative projections derived from published market rates, the research base cited, and the founder’s reference programme. They are marked (proj.) where projected. They are not quotations, estimates for your engagement, or a promise of results. Actual pricing is agreed in writing, per engagement.

ACON is not a skilled person

ACON is a bank-side delivery consultancy. It is not a skilled person under Section 166 of FSMA, is not appointed by or on behalf of the FCA, and does not seek such appointment. Nothing on this site is regulatory, legal, accounting or investment advice, and nothing here comments on what any firm’s response to a review should say. The firm and its advisers own the substance; ACON’s work is the delivery of it.

No reliance

This site is general information about ACON’s services. It is provided “as is”, may change without notice, and should not be relied upon as the basis for any regulatory, commercial or programme decision. To the extent permitted by law, ACON accepts no liability for loss arising from reliance on this site’s content. Formal engagements are governed solely by their written contract.

Intellectual property

The ACON name, the white paper, the toolkit — including the workbook, workflow trackers, templates, build specification and agent tooling — and the designs and text of this site are the intellectual property of ACON’s founder. You may download the white paper for your own evaluation; reproduction, adaptation or commercial use of any of the above requires written permission.
