Who we are

ACON — Agile Controls ("ACON", "we") is the controller of the personal data described in this notice. Contact for all privacy matters: info@aconconsulting.co.uk.

What we collect, and why

We collect what you give us: your name, email address and company, when you send an enquiry, register for the practitioner library, or request the CV or white paper. We use it to respond to you and to send ACON news, papers and practitioner updates.

Who receives it, and for how long

Your data is shared only with the service providers that make this site work — our CRM and email platform (Systeme.io) and our email provider — and never sold. Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to two years after our last contact; list subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe, with a record of who consented, when, and to what.

Your rights

You may ask us for access to, correction or erasure of your data, object to or restrict our processing, ask for portability, and withdraw consent at any time — email info@aconconsulting.co.uk and we will act promptly. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office: ico.org.uk.
